RATES & POLICIES

STANDARD RATES - EFFECTIVE 2026Base fee: $5-$10
Loaded mileage: $2.25-$2.75 per mile
Time / waiting: $0.35 per minute ($21 per hour)
Minimum trip fare: $15
Myrtle Beach Airport surcharge: $5IMPORTANT POLICIESFinal quotes: A binding flat-rate quote is provided before departure using standard GPS distance and time estimates. Traffic delays exceeding 20 minutes may adjust time fees.Child safety seats: Ride Safe does not provide or install child safety seats. Riders must bring and properly install any legally required restraint.Cancellations: Fees range from $25-$125 depending on the trip area; long-distance cancellations may be charged $125 or 50% of the fare.Long-distance trips: Trips over 50 miles require a 25% deposit when booking.
